TERMS OF USE

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: WHEN YOU USE AND ACCESS THE VNPT GOMEET SERVICES PROVIDED SITE YOU MUST COMPLIANCE AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS. PLEASE CONSIDER CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTANCE.

BY CLICKING/CHOOTING THE "I AGREE" button/box, ACCESSING THE VNPT GOMEET SERVICE PROVIDES WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BASED BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. VNPT GOMEET SERVICES MUST NOT BE PROVIDED TO PEOPLE WHO ARE LEGAL ELIGIBLE TO BE BONDED OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

System requirements. Use of the Service requires the use of one or more compatible devices with Internet access (fees may apply) and certain software (fees may apply) and may require downloading updates or upgrades from time to time. As your use of the Service involves hardware, software, and Internet access, Your ability to access and use the Service may be affected by the performance of these factors. It is recommended that you have high-speed Internet access. You acknowledge and agree that such system requirements, as may be changed from time to time, are your Responsibility.

1. DEFINE. 

“End User” means the Host or Participant using the Service.
"Service Effective Date" means the start date of service subscription

"Renewal Term" means the subscription renewal period for the Service.
“Your Data” is information provided to VNPT that is able to fulfill the terms of the Agreement and provide access to the Service (for example, company name, billing address, user ID number) tax payment, VAT registration number, name and contact information). You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your Data, and VNPT does not have any liability for errors and omissions in your Data.

2. SERVICES: VNPT will provide the service as required for the subscription and standard updates are generally provided throughout the term. VNPT may, in its sole discretion, discontinue the Service or adjust its features from time to time without prior notice.
    
3. USE THE SERVICE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.  You may use the Service only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You are solely responsible for Your and your End User's use of the Service. Use of the Service will be void in the event of a ban.
   1. Registration information.  You may be required to provide information about yourself in order to register for and/or use certain Services. You agree that all of the above information is correct. You may also be asked to choose a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your username and password and agree not to disclose it to any third parties.
       
   2. Your content. You agree that You are solely responsible for the content (“Content”) submitted or transmitted by You or displayed or uploaded by You when using the Service and for compliance with all Laws relating to Content, including including, but not limited to, Laws requiring You to obtain third-party consent to use the Content and to provide appropriate notice of third-party rights. You represent and warrant that You have the right to upload Content to VNPT GoMeet and that such use does not infringe or infringe any rights of any third party. Under no circumstances shall VNPT be liable in any way to any
      • Content transmitted or viewed while using the Service, errors or omissions in the Content, or any loss or damage of any kind arising from use, access to, or denial of access to the Content dung.
      • Although VNPT is not responsible for any Content, VNPT may remove any Content, at any time, without notice to You, if VNPT becomes aware that such Content violates any any provision of this Agreement or any law. You retain the copyright and other rights You have in the Content submitted, posted or displayed by You on or through the Service.
         
   3. Record.  You are responsible for complying with all recording laws. By using the Service, you agree to the storage of recordings for any or all VNPT GoMeet meetings or webinars in which you participate.
       
   4. Usage is prohibited. You agree that You will not use, and will not permit any End User to use the Service to:
      • Modify, disassemble, decompile, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or make another attempt to gain access to the Service source code;
      • Intentionally or unintentionally using the Service in a way that abuses, interferes with, or disrupts the VNPT network, Your account, or the Service;
      • Engaging in illegal, fraudulent, false or misleading activity.
      • Use the Service to transmit any material that may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of a third party;
      • Build or standardize a competing product or service, or copy the features, functionality, or graphics of the Service; or
      • Use the Service to communicate harassing, libelous, threatening, obscene, indecent messages or materials, which may infringe any party's intellectual property rights, or other messages or materials lawful, could result in civil liability, or constitute or encourage conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, under any applicable law or regulation;
      • Upload or transmit any software, Content or code that harms or is intended to harm, disable, destroy or otherwise adversely affect the performance of the Service; or cause harm or for the purpose of harming or extracting information or data from other hardware, software or networks of VNPT or other users of the Service;
      • Engage in any activity or use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overload, impair or interfere with or disrupt the Service, or any server or network that connects to the VNPT Service or security system.
      • Use the Service in a manner that violates any VNPT policy or in a manner that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to anti-spam, export control, privacy and anti-terrorism laws as well as regulations and laws require the consent of audio and video recorders, and You agree that You are solely responsible for compliance with all such laws and regulations.
         
   5. Limited use.  You may not copy, resell or distribute the Service or any reports or data generated by the Service for any purpose. You may not provide or permit any third party to use a Service purchased by You, displayed on any website, or posted on the Service or any Content collected from the Service (except Content). content created by You), or generate income from the Service, or use the Service to develop, produce, or market a service or product that is substantially similar to the Service.
       
4. RESPONSIBILITIES TO END USERS. You are responsible for the activities of all End Users accessing or using the Services through your account, and you agree to ensure that any such End Users will comply with the terms of the Service. This Agreement and all policies of VNPT . VNPT has no responsibility or liability for violations

Under no circumstances shall VNPT be liable in any way for any data or other content viewed while using the Service, including but not limited to any errors or omissions. any of the foregoing data or content, or any loss or damage of any kind arising from the use, access or denial of access to any data or content.

5. VNPT's OBLIGATIONS FOR CONTENTS . VNPT will maintain reasonable technical and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized disclosure or access to the Content, in accordance with industry standards.
    
6. VALIDITY. You acknowledge that You are at least 16 years of age and fully able and competent to comply with the terms, conditions, obligations, endorsements, representations and warranties set forth herein, and accept and comply with this Agreement. Your access may be terminated without warning if we believe that You are under the age of 16 or ineligible.
    
7. USES; LIMITED FOR CHILDREN USE . The Service is intended for business use. You may choose to use the Service for other purposes, subject to the terms and limitations of this Agreement. VNPT is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16.
    
8. END.  VNPT's website contains information on how to terminate Your Account. If you have selected a Service for a specific term, such termination will become effective on the last day of the current term at that time.
    
9. EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS . VNPT retains title to all exclusive rights to the Service and to all brand names, trademarks, service marks, logos and domain names (“Trademarks of VNPT”) associated with or authorized by VNPT. displayed with the Service. You may not frame or use framing technology to display any VNPT Trademarks or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layouts or forms) of VNPT without express written consent.
    
10. SECURITY. Each party agrees to treat as confidential and keep confidential all non-public information provided by the other party relating to its business, systems, operations, strategic plans, customers, pricing (including , but not limited to, pricing terms herein), methods, processes, financial data, programs and/or products of the other of any kind, designated as " confidentiality”, or a common person knows or should reasonably understand as confidentiality.
    1. To exclude, to expel. Confidentiality will not include Content or information:

• was legally known to one party at the time the other party obtained the information, has no obligation to keep that information confidential;
• known or made publicly available or available without any wrongdoing on the part of a party;
• lawfully received from a third party without restriction and without violation of these Terms of Service; or (d) developed by one party without using any proprietary, non-public information provided by the other party under the Agreement.

10. 2. Exception. Either party may disclose Confidential Information if required by law, regulation, or court order, provided that the party complies with that law, regulation or court order, where authorized, will notify the other party of any such use or requirement prior to disclosure to give the other party an opportunity to seek a protective order to prevent or limit the disclosure of the information to a third party.
        
11. LICENSE.  You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted, trademarked, right of publication or other proprietary rights material without prior written consent. of the owner of such exclusive rights. VNPT may deny access to the Service to any User who is accused of infringing another party's copyright.
     
12. USE WITHOUT HIGH RISK. The Service is not designed or licensed for use in hazardous environments requiring safety controls, including but not limited to the operation of nuclear facilities, systems aircraft navigation/communication, air traffic control and weapons or life support systems. The Service will not be used for or in any HIGH RISK environment.
     
13. NO GUARANTEE . NO WARRANTIES OR WARRANTIES OF RESULTS THAT CAN BE GET FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE, RELAYING TO THE ACCURACY OR RELABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH THE SERVICE BY THE SERVICE ANY USER'S REQUEST, UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURITY OR ERROR-FREE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AND AT YOUR OWN RISK. ANY DOCUMENTS AND/OR DATA DOWNLOADED OR COLLECTED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RIGHTS AND AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU WILL BE COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE EVEN TO YOU BY USE OF THE SERVICE. ALL RISKS OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR FROM THE SERVICE PERFORMANCE ARE YOURS.

VNPT DOES NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR KEEPING ANY USER INFORMATION OR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN USERS. VNPT DOES NOT GUARANTEE AND DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. YOU USE AND DO IT AT YOUR RISK.

14. INDEMNIFY. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold VNPT from incurring any and all claims, liabilities, damages and/or costs of third parties (including but not limited to attorneys' fees). arising from Your use of the Service, Your breach of this Agreement, or Your or any other user of Your account infringing or violating any intellectual property or other rights of any person. any entity or entity or applicable law.
     
15. LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES . TO THE MAXIMUM PERMITTED BY CURRENT LAW, IN ANY CASE, VNPT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INSPECTIVELY, DAMAGES, ANYWAY MIRROR OR CONSEQUENCES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED, DAMAGES BY LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERruption, BUSINESS INFORMATION DAMAGE OR ANY PROBLEMS) BRINGING FROM ANNOUNCEMENT OR ANNOUNCEMENT OR PROVIDED OR ANNOUNCEMENT OF TECHNICAL SERVICE OR OTHER SUPPORT SERVICE, WHICH BRINGING OUT OF A MISTAKE (INCLUDES).
